Job Title: Cold Storage Warehouse Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cold Storage Warehouse Manager to run the operations in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while maintaining strict cold chain integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products.
Ensure compliance with cold storage regulations, food safety standards, and health & safety policies.
Monitor and maintain temperature control systems to ensure product quality and safety.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure timely shipments.
Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ensure proper handling of perishable goods and minimize spoilage or loss.
Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3–7+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in cold storage or food/pharmaceutical environments.
Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled storage requirements.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
