CE Transportation Solutions is currently seeking a Billing Administrator for our Burlington Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate processing and pricing of customer orders.
- Manually gather data and input it into billing software.
- Audit and Finalization of customer invoices.
- Coordination with the transportation team to provide quotes to customer inquiries.
- Collect and send POD (Proof of Deliveries) to customers.
- Review and address internal and external email communication in a timely matter.
- Generate billing reports as per customer requirements.
- Process new customer accounts into billing software.
- Other general admin duties when occurred.

- Will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be a Team player and have effective, efficient & professional communication.
- Must pay attention to details and have a high accuracy and proficiency in data processing.
